Career at Compass Fairs!!! About a month ago, Martin A. Thermann started at Compass Fairs Denmark - and he's already getting into the swing of things. When we met him at the Apimondia fair at the Bella Center Copenhagen, where he was setting up a stand, he told us about his experience of starting with us: "It was really easy to start at Compass Fairs, and it's clearly been the most pleasant start I've had in the trade fair industry I've worked in. What I think is great is that as a project leader, you get to be involved in the whole process and all the way around the project. You always know what the customer wants and what's been agreed upon. It gives a better overview and makes it even more satisfying when you deliver a completed project. We're many new ones who started at the same time and are still finding our way to do things.
